about the jewelry artist
I was born in Saint Petersburg (Russia) - one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Since my childhood years I was fascinated by objects of art.
When I was 4 years old, my parents took me to the Hermitage - the largest and most famous of more than two hundred Saint Petersburg's museums. I was so deeply affected by the beauty of The Raphael Loggias, that I cried and asked my parents: "WHY it is so beautiful?".
I have grown up since, but there are times this question still comes to my mind.
At the start of my artistic career (the Hermitage Arts Academy classes) I experimented with water colors, silk paintings, Russian-style wood paintings, leather accessories and even clothes design and modeling. Later I discovered the world of web design, which added another spark to my urge for self-expression.
This quest is still ongoing, but jewelry-making always had a special place in my heart.
I started designing fine silver jewelry in 2003, and very quickly it became my passion. My design style is a mix of contemporary and traditional, simple shapes and eclectic.
My jewelry is an expression of my inner world, my thoughts, my beliefs and my imagination. That is why I offer my customers a wide range of designs.
Every piece is made by hand in my studio. I like what I do and I believe that if any work is done with passion and pride, the creation will be filled with positive energy. I hope my jewelry will bring you closer to happiness - this is what we all need.
